1.Where can I see in my Shopping Cart?
On your computer screen, click the "View Cart" icon located in the upper-right corner to see the contents of your cart.
You may quickly adjust the quantity you wish to buy of a certain item in your cart after you click on this icon by changing the quantity indicated and then selecting the "Update cart" option.

 

By selecting the "Remove" checkbox located to the left of any item in your cart and then using the "Update cart" link to update your cart, you can easily remove any item from it.

2.Where Can I Get Details on Sizes?
On the product pages, under the sizes, is a size guide that you may access by clicking the "size chart" button.

3.Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely! Once your order sets sail from the DENMONK hub, you're in the driver's seat to track its journey. Expect a notification with your tracking number and the courier's website address for real-time updates as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
In the rare case that you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours of placing the order, simply drop us an email at DENMONK.com or reach out to our friendly customer chat support at www.denmonk.com. We've got your back and will ensure you stay in the loop every step of the way!

4.How Can I Exchange The Order For Incorrect Size, Color Or Item Itself?
In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with the product's color or size and would want a refund, please send us an email at Denmonk.com. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
DENMONK desires a seamless buying experience for its patrons. If a customer receives a defective product or the wrong size, we provide free swaps.

5.How Do I Know If The Order Is Successfully Placed?
Upon successfully placing your order, keep an eye on your inbox for an email confirmation. This message will include all the important details of your transaction. Don't forget to peek into your spam folder, just in case. As an additional heads-up, we'll also drop a message on your WhatsApp number with the relevant information to ensure you're doubly in the loop. Happy shopping!
