Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • To metros: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

  • To the rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. However, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any damages (full or partial) after the package has been delivered to the customer's address by the courier service.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing the order. In case the same design is unavailable, we may offer you a refund or an alternative product selection.

If a customer refuses to accept the order, the invoice amount, after deducting shipping charges, will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within India.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking details.

We deliver our products via major and trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues:

For delivery issues such as lost or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

In case of damaged items, we request you to provide an unboxing video of the parcel immediately upon delivery to facilitate a smooth resolution. Based on the assessment, you may opt for a return or replacement.

Note: Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions.
