  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • Product is damaged
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Wrong size received
  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery in case of damaged or incorrect product.
  • ❌ Items priced below β‚Ή499 are not eligible for returns

πŸ’Έ Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and pickup is completed, it takes 6–8 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
  • After receiving the product, we will:
    • Inspect the item
    • Request your UPI details (scanner/ID)
  • Refund will be processed within 48 hours after verification.
  • Total refund timeline: up to 10 days from pickup

  • Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchange processing fee: β‚Ή0
  • Exchange process timeline:
    • Pickup to warehouse: 6–8 days
    • New product shipping: 6–8 days

  • ⚠️ Only one exchange per product is allowed

⚠️ Important Notes

  • For high-risk RTO customers, a β‚Ή60 confirmation fee may be charged:
    • This amount is non-refundable
    • Even if the order is returned (RTO due to customer not accepting), this β‚Ή60 will not be refunded
  • If order is returned due to customer refusal / not reachable, shipping charges and confirmation fee (if applicable) will be deducted / non-refundable
