π¦ Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong size received
- You must notify us within 24β48 hours of delivery in case of damaged or incorrect product.
- β Items priced below βΉ499 are not eligible for returns
πΈ Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved and pickup is completed, it takes 6β8 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
- After receiving the product, we will:
- Inspect the item
- Request your UPI details (scanner/ID)
- Refund will be processed within 48 hours after verification.
- Total refund timeline: up to 10 days from pickup
π Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery
- Exchange processing fee: βΉ0
- Exchange process timeline:
- Pickup to warehouse: 6β8 days
- New product shipping: 6β8 days
π Total exchange time: 12β16 days
- β οΈ Only one exchange per product is allowed
β οΈ Important Notes
- For high-risk RTO customers, a βΉ60 confirmation fee may be charged:
- This amount is non-refundable
- Even if the order is returned (RTO due to customer not accepting), this βΉ60 will not be refunded
- If order is returned due to customer refusal / not reachable, shipping charges and confirmation fee (if applicable) will be deducted / non-refundable
