📦 Return Policy

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Returns are accepted only if:
  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size received
• You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery in case of damaged or incorrect product.
• ❌ Items priced below ₹499 are not eligible for returns

💸 Refund Policy

• Once the return is approved and pickup is completed, it takes 6–8 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
• After receiving the product, we will:
  • Inspect the item
  • Request your UPI details (scanner/ID)
• Refund will be processed within 48 hours after verification.
• Total refund timeline: up to 10 days from pickup

• Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery
• Exchange processing fee: ₹0
• Exchange process timeline:
  • Pickup to warehouse: 6–8 days
  • New product shipping: 6–8 days

👉 Total exchange time: 12–16 days

• ⚠️ Only one exchange per product is allowed

• For high-risk RTO customers, a ₹60 confirmation fee may be charged:
  • This amount is non-refundable
  • Even if the order is returned (RTO due to customer not accepting), this ₹60 will not be refunded
• If order is returned due to customer refusal / not reachable, shipping charges and confirmation fee (if applicable) will be deducted / non-refundable

If something gets lost in transit, we’ll wait 15 days and then re-ship or refund, based on product availability. If the same product isn’t available, you can pick a replacement or get a full refund.
