🔁 Return & Exchange Window – 7 Days
You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order. Just make sure:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- It’s not from the Final Sale / Clearance section
📦 Return Shipping? Simple.
We currently don’t offer reverse pickups — but you can send the item back using any courier of your choice. Please pack it securely.
Note: The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
💳 Refund Breakdown
We believe in full transparency:
- COD Orders: ₹49 will be deducted as COD handling charges
The rest will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving your return.

- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
- Final Sale or Clearance products
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Prefer paying at your doorstep? We've got you!
COD is available PAN India.
(Note: Some remote pin codes may not be eligible – we’ll notify you if that’s the case.)
🇮🇳 Domestic Delivery (Within India)
We ship fast – because waiting too long isn’t our vibe:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 3–6 business days
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow your order’s journey.
🔐 Safe & Insured Deliveries
Every Denmonk parcel is shipped with full insurance – your purchase is protected till it reaches you.
If something gets lost in transit, we’ll wait 15 days and then re-ship or refund, based on product availability. If the same product isn’t available, you can pick a replacement or get a full refund.
❌ Wrong Address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses might bounce back. If that happens, reshipping charges will apply.

❌ Didn’t Accept the Delivery?
If you refuse the parcel at delivery, we’ll refund your amount after deducting the shipping cost to the original payment method.
